With Relish Live – Starting From Scratch or Building On Tradition

This week on With relish we took the show on the road broadcasting live from The Fumbally Cafe in D8. This programme was recorded as part of The Dublin Podcast Festival, to which we were so grateful to have gotten the invite for. It was also recorded in association with The Fumbally’s EAT:ITH series which is still ongoing so make sure to check out their website.

This episode takes a slightly different format to previous shows, but is definitely one to remember. We asked two of Ireland’s best food minds in to debate a topic that was touched on before in previous shows.

With Relish Live: “Starting From Scratch or Building On Tradition… Where is Irish Food Culture Today?”

JP McMahon; Chef, Writer, and Founder of Food On The Edge was pitted against Dr. Máirtín Mac Con Iomaire; Chef, Lecturer and Ireland’s leading food historian in what was a truly thought provoking evening. A huge thank you to the sold-out crowd who helped stir the pot and make it such a memorable evening.
