This week on Up To 90, we talk the man who changed golf forever – Tiger Woods.
Tiger was born Eldrick Woods in Orange County California and quickly rose through the ranks to become the most famous golfer in the world under the watchful eye of his father and mentor, Earl.
Major tournaments, sponsorship deals, and broken records all propelled Tiger to world number one status, but it was the scandal of 2007 that saw it all come crashing down (literally). Car accidents, infidelities, divorce, DUIs and back injuries saw Tiger’s fall from grace be played out in the world’s media for all to see until his triumphant return in 2019.
