Tittererer’s Digest |83| feat. Bray Comedy Festival

Hello, hello, hello. Sorry we weren’t here last week. we were hiding from Liam Nugent and Fr. Quigg. We’re back now. It was Ellen’s birthday on Monday so wish her a happy birthday week if you haven’t already. We have things here for you. Things which might be of interest to you. Things like the Bray Comedy Festival which would be of particular interest to any of you who live in or near Bray, Netflix things which would be of interest to anyone who has Netflix, and other things of general interest.

1. The Bray Comedy Festival

The Bray Comedy Festival is on from 22-26 February and has a very strong lineup if I do say so myself. Who have they got? Well, the headliners are Paul Sinha, Colin Murphy, PJ Gallagher, David McSavage, Paul Currie, and Waterford Whispers and then you also have the likes of Karl Spain, Eric Lalor, Jack Wise, Fred Cooke, Joanne McNally, Joe Rooney, Michael Redmond, Pat McDonnell, Chris Kent, Kev O’Sullivan, Gearoid Farrelly, Steve Cummins, Danny O’Brien, Niamh Marron, Lisa Casey, Farmer Michael, Therese Cahill, and Donal Vaughan.

It’s all being organised by The Harbour Bar & Hardy Har Comedy Club and there are lots of interesting formats and acts that you don’t find at other festivals so it’ll be worth the trip for non-Brayheads. The full line-up and info are HERE.

2. Shifts – Ransom

Shifts are funny. They’re playing the Bray Comedy Festival too actually.

3. Quiet Tiny Asian

We featured SJ&GINNY‘s excellent Feminist Babysitter last year and they’re back and as good as ever with Quiet Tiny Asian. You’ll watch all five in like six minutes and you’ll be glad you did.

4. SNL Was Excellent This Week

5. A Selection Of Netflix Things

Santa Clarita Diet (out now)

Dear White People (out April 28th)

Michael Bolton’s Big, Sexy Valentine’s Day Special (out now, starring everyone)

Love – Season 2 ( out March 10th)

Now there’s something for everyone. Bye Bye Bye
