Episode 1 of With Relish takes a look deep inside one of Ireland’s most important culinary events. Ballymaloe cookery school opens its doors to the public for its fifth year running as Litfest 2017 commences later this week. To warm you up for this year’s event, we have lined up of some of the festival’s most prolific speakers from the past five years to give us an insight into all things Litfest.
With a deep focus on food literacy for this year’s event, Harry and Aoife spoke to Festival Director Rory O’Connell about the new change in direction and what to expect from this year’s speakers. Veteran food blogger Caroline Hennessy talks about turning your passion into a career, and the early days of food blogging.
